Our staff is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have concerning your account. If special arrangements are needed to help accommodate your financial needs, please speak to a member of our team prior to receiving service. We will try to work out a suitable payment arrangement to help make your treatment more affordable.


We accept most major health plans, including Medicare and many Medicare replacement plans. We are preferred providers for the following:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Cigna
  • Humana
  • Tricare
  • United
  • Medicaid
  • Medicare

Please call us if you are not on a plan listed above, and we will be glad to tell you if we are a provider on your plan.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims for you. We will make every attempt to help you receive the maximum insurance benefits entitled to you; however, you are personally responsible for your account. If your account has not been paid within 30 days, you will be billed for the remaining balance.

We understand that, from time to time, patients may have difficulty with medical expenses. We will work with you to create a payment plan.
