Dr. Alan Halsey is double Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology and Pediatrics. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Florida, he attended the University of South Florida, College of Medicine, where he earned his Medical Degree. He went on to complete a Pediatric Residency and Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Halsey has been practicing allergy and immunology medicine since 1989.

Kathleen G. Likar, ARNP
Kathleen Likar earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Duquesne University before completing the Nurse Practitioner Certification Program at Allegheny General Hospital in 1983. She went on to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Tampa and graduated in 2002. Ms. Likar is credentialed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She has nearly 30 years of experience as an ARNP and has been working with Partners in Allergy & Asthma Care since October 2003.
